Pull-Up Assist Bands with Dual Foot System

Make Progress on Your Pull-Ups Without a Workout Partner

The Pull-Up Assist Band helps you break through training plateaus when you need extra support completing unassisted pull-ups. By offsetting a portion of your body weight, it allows you to perform more repetitions with proper form. This enables you to steadily build upper-body strength on your own.

Features & Benefits

• Even Weight Distribution: The wide dual foot system balances your body weight evenly and provides a secure base without slipping or requiring mid-set adjustments.
• Durable Construction: Latex resistance bands are covered with a protective fabric sleeve to prevent wear, paired with reinforced steel hooks built for intensive use.
• Consistent Progression: Enables you to complete clean repetitions and maintain training volume even on days when you cannot perform fully unassisted reps.

How to use

Attach the steel hooks to your pull-up bar and adjust the strap length to your height. Place both feet into the dual foot loops and perform your pull-ups as usual. Adjust the strap length to gradually decrease assistance as your strength increases.
