Return Postage

Customers are responsible for covering return delivery fees. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will resolve the issue at no expense to you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods

If you encounter an issue with a flawed, broken, or mispacked product, message support@lipiv.com right away with clear photographs demonstrating the problem so we can assist promptly.

What Does Not Count as a Defect

The following situations are not considered product defects:

• Minor fabric distinctions or subtle color variations caused by monitor displays.
• Fit issues when the provided size chart was not reviewed before purchasing.
• Change of mind after your order has arrived.
• Slight measurement variations among items sharing the same tagged size.
• Flaws resulting from wearing, washing, improper maintenance, or custom alterations.

Non-Returnable Items

Please keep in mind the following item-specific conditions:

• Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
• Personalized or custom-crafted merchandise is non-returnable.

Exchanging an Item

Order Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of completing your purchase. After this window has elapsed, your package will proceed through fulfillment, and you will need to await delivery to use our standard return procedure.

Refund Process

Once your returned package reaches us and passes inspection, we will notify you of your approval status. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment card within 9 business days. Please keep in mind that your personal financial institution may require extra time to post the balance.
